On the occasion of Lunar New Year 2018, NGK Vietnam jubilantly organized the contest "Share and Win – Season 1 Experience Journey" from 12th January, 2018 to 31th January, 2018. This contest promises to be a great opportunity for you to share your stories and wishes as well as show your creativity without borders. Quickly submit videos/clips and win attractive prizes from NGK Vietnam spark plugs!

1. Contest participants

• Individuals or groups aged 15 and over, living, studying and working in Vietnam.
• Only applicable to those who have liked Spark Plug Fanpage NGK Vietnam
• Only one video/clip can be submitted per participant.
•  

2. Contest topic

"NGK spark plugs have been quietly with you through many trips, roads or memories. And among them, which memories, which route or trip impressed you the most?"

               Video/clip with a maximum length of 03 minutes, unlimited genres.

3. Steps

Step 1: Email entries to ngkvietnam@gmail.com including: 

• Video in attachment or Video link on Youtube/Mediafire/Google Drive/Wetransfer
• Accompanying information: Full name, phone number, ID number, address and brief description of the context/content of the video/clip (No more than 150 words). 

Step 2: Attendees call on the community to Like and Share videos/clips directly from Fanpage and Youtube of Spark plug NGK Vietnam.

4. Program Time:

4.1 Attendance time:

·         Submission time: 12th January – 05th February 2018

          Voting period: Starting from the time the organizers post the contest video until the end of 13:00 on 05th February, 2018

4.2 Time of announcement and awarding

·         Expected time to announce the results: 02:00p.m , 05th January, 2018 at Fanpage and website of Bugi NGK Vietnam

·         Prizes will be awarded to winners within 30 days of the end of the program. After the above point, all issues of receiving rewards are not resolved

·          Product prizes cannot be exchanged for cash

5.  Prize structure

·        The first 30 participants will receive a gift worth VND 200,000 including 01 standard NGK motorcycle spark plug and 1 NGK T-shirt..

Audience-voted awards:

1 First prize worth VND 5,000,000 including 100 years of free NGK motorcycle spark plugs (equivalent to 100 NGK spark plugs), 5 NGK T-shirts and 5 NGK helmets.

1 Second prize worth VND 2,000,000 including 45 years of free NGK motorcycle spark plugs (equivalent to 45 NGK spark plugs), 3 NGK T-shirts and 3 NGK helmets.

Awards scored by NGK:

1 NGK companion awards worth VND 1,000,000 including 20 years of free NGK motorcycle spark plugs (equivalent to 20 NGK spark plugs), 2 NGK T-shirts and 2 NGK helmets.

THE NUMBER OF DONATED SPARK PLUGS CAN BE DIVIDED AMONG MANY PEOPLE USING THE SAME

6. Judging criteria

        The organizers prohibit forms of fraud, buying or hacking like / share / view.

Audience-voted awards:

• Each View on Youtube / View on Facebook / Like on Facebook is counted as one point.
• Each Facebook Share counts as two points.
• The two highest-scoring videos/clips will be awarded the first and second prizes, respectively. In the case of two videos/clips with equal scores, which clip comes first will be prioritized.

Awards scored by NGK:

• Organizers score according to the following criteria:
• Content (35%): Answer or approach the correct and sufficient requirements of the selected topic
• Ideas (45%): Creative, unique, easy expression to enter people's hearts
• Technical (20%): Creative, vivid visual, sound, technical and effects quality.

7. General provisions:

• Attendees need to read and understand the rules of attendance, agree and follow the rules set by the Organizers. Entrants must ensure full use and legal ownership of the entries, the Organizers are not responsible if there is any dispute related to the copyright of the entries.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to refuse or disqualify any Participant who commits fraudulent acts affecting the outcome of the contest or violating one of the rules of the contest. In case of disputes or complaints related to the program, the decision of the Organizers is the final decision
  • Entries must be legally owned by entrants, the organizers do not accept forms of copying other people's ideas/plagiarism to participate in the contest. If a violation is detected, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the entries & results and refuse to award the prize, as well as deprive the prize if previously awarded
  • When agreeing to participate in the contest and sending the post to Spark Plug NGK Vietnam, the participant agrees to give Bugi NGK Vietnam the full right to use the information and images of the entrant to serve the promotion work without the consent of the author or make any form of financial payment, what fees to the author or stakeholders.
  • The Organizer is not responsible if the video/clip is deleted due to copyright infringement of the background music used in the video/clip.
  • The Organizer does not accept valid entries that contain sensitive content (political, religious,...) or affect Vietnamese morality, fine customs and culture.
