MINI CAR RACING 2022

1/ Purpose

Based on the plan to organize the Mini Car Racing 2022, in order to encourage teams to preserve moments and memories during the journey from designing and manufacturing model cars to participating in competitions, and at the same time responding to the movement to reduce plastic waste for a greener living environment, cleaner. The organizers launched a media contest with the theme "DISCOVER FUTURE" to guide the teams to design model cars towards the future, using environmentally friendly materials, spreading the message for a greener and more modern life to students.

2/ Contest rules

The submission describes innovative design ideas using environmentally friendly materials, memorable moments in the process of building model cars to participate in the Mini Car Racing 2022 competition.

Entries are made in the form of VIDEO CLIPS with a minimum duration of 03 minutes, with the following contents:

• There is the logo of the company sponsoring the media award: NGK Vietnam Spark Plug Company, Cao Thang University, the main sponsor – Nhat Huy Khang Company. (Provided by BTC).
• Introduction to the members, design ideas and construction of competition cars of each team.
• Share memorable emotions and moments in the process of building model cars to participate in the Mini Car Racing 2022 contest
• Outstanding content of model car design using new technologies, green materials, environmentally friendly.
• Combining the product introduction of the media award sponsoring company: SPARK plugs of NGK Vietnam spark plug company.
• Entries are saved as video clip formats: *.mp4, *.avi.

3/ How to join and vote?

Step 1: The teams register to participate in the media contest with the Organizing Committee, receive the official logo file of NGK Vietnam Spark Plug Company, Cao Thang College, Nhat Huy Khang Company.

Step 2: The teams send the Video Clip to the organizer's mailbox (email). (vobakhanhtrinh@caothang.edu.vn)

- Subject line: ENTER THE "DISCOVER FUTURE" CONTEST.

-Content:    

+ Full name of the contestant, team name, contact phone number.

+ A brief introduction to the Video Clip of the team/individual, (less than 100 words). The organizers will use it for referrals when posting.

Step 3: After receiving the Video Clip to participate in the media tournament, the Organizer will censor the content and entries in accordance with the rules and regulations, which will be posted on the Youtube channel Auto Cao Thang and Spark Plug NGK Vietnam, and link through the announcement article on 02 Fanpage Auto Cao Thang and Spark Plug NGK Vietnam for the team/individual to know. 

Step 4: Team members choose (Like) Fanpage Auto Cao Thang (facebook.com/caothangauto), Spark plug NGK Vietnam (facebook.com/NGKVietnam)

Subscribe (subscribe) 02 Youtube channels Auto Cao Thang and Spark plug NGK Vietnam.

 Step 5: The teams/members of the contest share information for friends to vote directly on the entries posted by the organizers on 02 Fanpage Auto Cao Thang, Spark Plug NGK Vietnam and 02 Youtube channels Auto Cao Thang, Spark Plug NGK Vietnam in all the following ways:

- Facebook Fanpage: Like, Share the post in public mode (Public Share) on the personal page of the team supporter.

- Youtube channel: Choose to watch (View) Video clips, subscribe to (Subscribe) channel.

4/ Participants

- Teams registered for Mini Car Racing 2022.

- Only teams qualifying for the 2022 Mini Car Racing competition will be considered for media awards.

5/ Time to join

Time to send to the organizers, post entries and vote: until 16:00, Tuesday, June 21, 2022.

7/ Awards

The total prize value includes 20 million VND, gifts and certificates.

8/ Scoring criteria and score structure

Includes 02 point components: 

70% of the final results are based on the total number of votes posted by the organizers on 02 Facebook Fanpages, Auto Cao Thang (facebook.com/caothangauto), NGK Vietnam Spark Plugs (facebook.com/NGKVietnam) and 02 Youtube channels Auto Cao Thang, Spark Plug NGK Vietnam. Voting scores and point structure are calculated as follows:

Facebook Fanpage: Like, Public Share the articles announcing the contest video on the page.

Youtube channel: Each channel subscription (Subscribe) achieved by viewers of the contest video is counted 02 points. (BTC Based on YouTube Analytics stats).

Note: For Likes, Public Share, Subscribe only on entries posted and announced by the organizers on 02 Fanpages and 02 Youtube channels Auto Cao Thang and Spark Plug NGK Vietnam.

The remaining 30% of results are evaluated by the Organizers, based on the following criteria:

• Quality of content and creative ideas (15%): Approach the right and sufficient requirements of the chosen topic with a creative and unique expression. The content needs to highlight the Mini Car Racing competition to be able to attract interest and interaction from viewers. Factors that cause a lot of emotions, creating a spread will be a plus point for the test.
• Animation (15%): Creative, vivid image quality, sound, techniques and effects.

9/ General provisions

(Teams/individuals who register to participate must read and understand the rules of the contest, agree and comply with this code).

• Teams/individuals participating must ensure full rights to use, legal ownership, copyright on images and sounds of entries. The Organizer is not responsible for any related disputes and reserves the right to cancel the contest results and refuse to award the prize despite the previous award, if it is found to be wrong.
• The Organizer reserves the right to use the contest products (video clips, articles, personal information) to serve promotional activities without the consent of the author or make any form of financial payment, fees to the author or related parties.
• The Organizer does not accept entries containing sensitive content and images related to politics, religion or affecting morality and fine customs).
• The Organizer prohibits forms of fraud (hack Like/Share/View/Subscrible), reserves the right to refuse or disqualify any team/individual who intentionally violates one of the general rules or rules of the contest.

Note: Voting accounts must be real accounts. (for Facebook accounts must have at least 50 friends, have interactive activities in public mode in the last 1 month; accounts only used to Like, Share contests are considered invalid; The organizers will randomly check any 20 accounts when there are complaints)

If there are any changes in the rules of the contest, the organizers will notify in advance on Auto Cao Thang Fanpage (facebook.com/caothangauto).

During the contest period, if any problems arise, the decision of the organizers will be final.
