Following the success of the Zoom online technical seminar for the Southern region at the end of Aug 2021, NGK spark plug organized a similar event for the Northern provinces. During the event on 24th Sep, 2021; NGK invited guests in 03 provinces of Nam Dinh - Hai Duong and Phu Tho.

Beyond initial expectations, the workshop attracted more than 130 guests who were spare parts shop owners and motorcycle repairmen, with the presence and support of Hai Thoa - Kim Lien and Phong Hang dealers.

In order to create a joyful and exciting atmosphere, and at the same time help customers remember the information shared in the workshop, NGK Vietnam has prepared a small game using the Kahoot application. The game content is questions related to the spark plug, in addition to a few other fun questions that increase the effect and stimulate the player's concentration. The game is short but everyone competes quite intensely to win. This is a new point compared to the previous period and is enthusiastically supported by customers.

Coming to the seminar, guests also received many high-value lucky draw gifts. At the end of the event, the representative of Japan - Mr. Toshio Suzuki - sent a few words of greeting and encouragement to the spirit of the brothers and sisters to overcome the difficulties of the translation season in Vietnamese. Everyone was delighted by the wit of representatives of NGK Company in the Northern region.
