November 2025, after typhoon No.13 swept through the region, it left behind severe destruction: many roads were buried under mud and thousands of vehicles suffered extensive damage. In response to this urgent situation, Niterra Vietnam collaborated with Hai Bang Dealer, the Khanh Hoa Motorcycle Engineering Association, and local authorities to launch a program providing free repair and spark-plug replacement for affected residents.

For the local community, a motorbike is not only a means of transportation—it is their “breadwinner,” a valuable asset essential for daily livelihood. Seeing residents drenched in rain, their faces filled with distress as they pushed mud-covered, stalled motorbikes along flooded roads, inspired Niterra Vietnam and Hai Bang Dealer to take immediate action.

Hundreds of motorbikes lined up, most in heavily damaged condition after being submerged for too long. Spark plugs were soaked, engines were packed with mud, and many bikes could no longer start.

The technical teams from the Khanh Hoa Motorcycle Engineering Association, together with staff from Niterra Vietnam and Hai Bang Dealer, worked at 200% capacity. Despite the intensity, every technician remained cheerful and committed. Their biggest concern was not physical fatigue, but the urgency of repairing each bike as quickly and thoroughly as possible so that residents could regain transportation and resume daily life.
