The Technical Seminar - Customer Appreciation in Nam Dinh province took place on 09th April, 2021; the first time with the participation of Japanese representatives of NGK Spark Plug Company. Seminar events are regular activities, almost held monthly by NGK Spark Plug Company, to share technical knowledge for motorcycle repairmen, as well as thank customers who are car repair shops and spare parts stores in the province. This event has the support of nearly 100 close guests of Binh Mai and Hai Thoa agents.

Before entering the program, as usual, guests before entering the banquet hall will be awarded certificates, gifts, participate in the game booth and take souvenir photos. At the opening, Mr. Kazuhiko Kozaki gave his first speech as General Director of NGK Spark Plug in Vietnam, which also conveyed the message and mission and responsibility of the company to customers, consumers and the whole society.

After the presentation brought a lot of useful information to the guests, NGK spark plugs had a short question answer and survey, to help customers clarify their questions, as well as give suggestions to the Company to improve the quality of the event.
